The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

-Build relationships with new clients
-Source, interview, and manage candidates

-Match candidates to suitable vacancies
-Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
-Support contractors with onboarding and queries
-Attend client meetings and develop account management skills
-Work towards sales targets
-Deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates
-Use recruitment systems and databases effectively
