Working with developers, private clients, builders, and housing associations, they have built a strong reputation for delivering practical, high-quality residential schemes across the region.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced and motivated individual to their close-knit team.
The Role
This is a varied position within a small and collaborative practice where your input will have a direct impact on projects and the wider business.
You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including:
* Site appraisals and feasibility studies
* Pre-application and planning submissions
* Liaising with planning authorities and stakeholders
* Detailed technical drawing packages
* Construction and building regulation compliance
* Supporting projects through to delivery on site
This role offers genuine variety, autonomy, and the chance to broaden your experience across planning and technical design.
Requirements
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Experience within the residential sector
* Knowledge of low-rise residential construction methods, including masonry and timber frame
* Understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning processes
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage varied workloads and work collaboratively within a small team
Desirable Skills
* SketchUp experience
* Photoshop experience
