Position: Mental Health Support Worker

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
What You'll Do:
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to take charge of their recovery. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Clients: Work closely with individuals facing challenges, providing tailored support to help them achieve their recovery goals
Creating Recovery Plans: Develop and implement personalised recovery plans that promote independence and well-being
Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders to create a supportive community
Facilitating Workshops: Lead engaging workshops and group activities that encourage personal development and shared experiences
Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress and adapt plans as necessary to ensure ongoing supportWhat They're Looking For:
