What you'll be doing
Delivering high-quality A-Level teaching with clear exam-board focus
Planning engaging, structured lessons that stretch and support learners
Tracking progress, marking effectively, and helping students hit ambitious targets
Providing timely intervention and academic support where needed
Building strong professional relationships that motivate and raise standards
What we're looking for
Proven experience teaching A-Level / KS5 in FE or secondary
Strong subject knowledge and a confident, engaging teaching style
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE or FE-equivalent)
High expectations, strong organisation, and a calm, professional presence
A genuine commitment to helping students succeed in post-16 education
