This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.

We're now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative and high-performing team to help deliver this transformation.
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact on complex, high-value construction programmes in a live aviation environment. If you're passionate about supply chain strategy, supplier performance, and risk management - and want to play a key role in reshaping a critical part of UK transport - this role is for you.
What will you do?
* Lead the development and implementation of the Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (SPRM) strategy.
* Build robust performance-based partnerships with strategic and critical suppliers.
* Monitor and report on supplier performance, risk, and compliance using evaluation frameworks and dashboards.
* Drive continuous improvement in supply chain delivery across cost, quality, innovation, and social responsibility.
* Own and embed the Supplier Code of Conduct across all procurement activities.
* Conduct market engagement to attract and develop a capable and resilient supply chain.
* Support procurement colleagues with best practice tools and training in supplier relationships and risk management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage business continuity and ensure supply chain resilience.
Do you have what we're looking for?
* A degree or equivalent in a relevant commercial, construction, or business field.
* Professional qualifications such as MCIPS, MRICS, or equivalent are highly desirable.
* A track record in capital projects supply chain management, including contract and risk management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in live operational environments - aviation or infrastructure - would be advantageous
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, CEMAR, and web-based contract management systems.
