We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Centre Administrator to join their dedicated team of managers and teaching staff with all administrative tasks.

As a Centre Administrator you will provide a first class front line customer service for clients, learners and staff, in a manner conducive to the professional image of the company.

You will be required to work with the centre manager to support the centre with file audits, keeping the e-compliance system updated and accurate, whilst liaising with external partners, parents, carers and learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet & greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, take messages when appropriate
Prepare learner start dates and accompanying learner start letters.
Ensuring all new starts are inputted into system
Ensuring session registers are ready on a daily basis for each tutor
Ensure all audits are carried out on learners files
Preparation of induction packs for Study Programme
Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties Requirements:

A Minimum of 18 months experience in administration or have been in a similar role.
Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT
Minimum Level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years administration experience.
