We are seeking motivated, qualified Secondary Teachers who demonstrate excellent behaviour management, creativity, and a nurturing approach, with the ability to teach English to a high standard. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will help deliver an innovative curriculum that inspires a love of learning while maintaining high expectations for all pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and other subjects as required.
Maintain exemplary classroom and behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment.
Plan and assess learning in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework and school policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Support pupils’ holistic development by encouraging creativity and experiential learning.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and assessment criteria.
The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners.
