Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Cardiff area. Key Attributes of the Ideal Teaching Assistant

First Aid experience and relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
A Level 3 NVQ, CACHE qualification or higher (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with ELSA or Thrive programmes (preferred but not essential).
A caring, empathetic and patient approach.
