What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils in the classroom, in small groups, or one-to-one
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children is desirable
ALN experience is a bonus, but not essential
A patient, caring, and positive attitude
Great communication and teamwork skills
No formal qualifications? Transferable skills and the right attitude are welcomed
