PermanentThis is an exciting opportunity to join a school committed to helping every pupil thrive through small class sizes, personalised learning, and strong relationship-based practice.
The successful candidate will take full teaching responsibilities whilst supporting and reviewing EHCPs to ensure pupils receive the support they need to succeed.

Deliver highly differentiated teaching
Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs
Build positive relationships with students and families
Demonstrate resilience, creativity and adaptability
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
Travel easily to the Enfield areaApplications are welcomed from both Primary and Secondary trained Teachers, including subject specialists such as Maths. Previous SEN experience is desirable, although experienced mainstream teachers with a passion for inclusion are encouraged to apply.
