Role information:
- Support the control, distribution, and filing of project documentation.
- Maintain document registers and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure documents are uploaded, tracked, and archived correctly.
- Assist with document formatting, revisions, and version control.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding document submissions and updates.
- Support project teams with document retrieval and reporting activities.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with general project administration where required.

Qualifications/Experience Required
- Previous administration or document control experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated project environment.

Desirable Experience
- Experience within Engineering, Construction, Nuclear, Energy, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with document management systems (EDMS).
- Understanding of document control processes and procedures.
