How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Welder Fabricator

    £35,000-£42,000 + Overtime + Specialist Training + Excellent Company Benefits

    Norwich (Commutable from: Wymondham, Diss, Attleborough, Long Stratton, Dereham)

    Are you a Welder / Fabricator looking to work for an industry leading company in a permanent, Monday - Friday, days-based role that offers regular overtime to maximise your earnings?

    On offer is a long-term permanent position within family-run company known for looking after their staff, providing hands-on specialist training, and offering varied and interesting fabrication work within a niche industry.

    This company are highly respected within their unique sector and have built an excellent reputation for looking after their staff. Due to continued workload and growth, they are looking to bring in an additional Welder Fabricator to support the workshop team.

    On offer is a hands-on varied role working on the restoration of classic vehicles. You will receive on-the-job specialist training and work within a skilled and supportive workshop environment where quality craftsmanship is valued.

    This role would suit a Welder / Fabricator looking for a stable Monday- Friday days based role offering overtime and on-the-job training.

    The Role:

    Working within a niche industry
    Monday-Friday role with
    Mig and Tig welding

    MIG and TIG welding experience
    Fabrication or metalwork background
