Your Role
As part of our Maintenance Team, you will:
* Perform daily hands-on maintenance and repairs on key production equipment
* Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults independently
* Support preventative maintenance schedules and contribute to equipment effectiveness improvements
* Mentor apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies at all times
