What you’ll be doing
* Leading and coordinating a small technical team across client sites
* Acting as the senior escalation point for IT and network issues
* Troubleshooting WiFi, switching, connectivity and infrastructure problems
* Prioritising and managing incidents in fast‑moving environments
* Working closely with clients, stakeholders and vendors
* Ensuring smooth technical delivery during peak periods
* Taking ownership of issues and guiding others through resolution
What we’re looking for
* Experience as an IT Team Lead, Senior IT Engineer, Network Support Lead, Senior Field Engineer, or similar
* Strong grounding in networking fundamentals (WiFi, switches, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, patching)
* Someone who stays calm, clear and decisive under pressure
* Confident communicator who can coordinate people and manage expectations
* Hands‑on problem solver who enjoys being the go‑to person
* Comfortable working onsite in dynamic, sometimes high‑pressure environments
