How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graphic Designer
    Warrington (Hybrid 3 days in office)
    £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Package + Creative Ownership + High-Impact Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Creative Designer to join a leading UK workplace interiors and fit-out specialist, based in Warrington.

    This business delivers high-quality commercial interior environments across the UK and is continuing to grow at pace. As part of that growth, they are looking to hire a creative who can elevate their brand output and ensure every piece of content reflects a confident, modern visual identity.

    In this role, you will take ownership of branding and design across multiple channels from bid documents and presentations to digital marketing campaigns, signage, and video content. You'll work closely with marketing, senior leadership, and project teams, helping raise the creative bar across the organisation.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong design fundamentals and a passion for modern branding, who wants a role with real influence and variety.

    The Role:

    Own and evolve the company's visual identity across all channels
    Design memorable presentations that turn technical content into compelling stories
    Produce social graphics, campaign assets, and digital marketing content
    Create video edits, motion graphics, and animation for short-form storytelling
    Collaborate with marketing, SLT, and project teams to drive creative qualityThe Person:

    Design experience within interiors, architecture, construction, engineering, or the built environment
    Strong skills across Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation tools
    Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
    Experience maintaining brand tone and consistency across multiple outputs
    Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
