The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing teacher training
Have a passion for supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Be confident adapting learning to meet individual needs
Have knowledge of EYFS and child development
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamExperience working with children with Autism or additional needs is desirable but not essential for ECT applicants with a strong interest in SEND.
