The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing teacher training
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Be passionate about early childhood education
Create an inspiring, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionallyECT Support
