Role Overview
As a QTS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons within your subject specialism, supporting students across KS3–KS5 (depending on role), and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Roles may vary depending on the school, but all positions involve maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and structured lessons within your subject area
Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Maintain strong classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
Support students’ academic progress and attainment
Create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching within a secondary school setting
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge
Be confident in classroom and behaviour management
Be professional, reliable, and adaptable
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
Pay & Benefits
£170 – £235 per day, dependent on experience
