We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to take a leading role within a collaborative and supportive practice, working across a diverse range of projects while contributing to technical delivery, team coordination, and project success.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Lead the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
Manage and coordinate consultants, clients, and contractors throughout project delivery
Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and construction packages
Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the technical development of the wider team
Work across multiple RIBA stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery, coordination, and project managementKey Requirements for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Extensive experience working within a UK architectural practice
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit highly desirable
Excellent technical detailing ability and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Proven experience managing projects and coordinating teams across multiple RIBA stages
