A leading and well-established mechanical building services contractor based in Watford is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver high-profile healthcare projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business with a strong reputation for delivering complex mechanical installations for prestigious healthcare clients. Projects range from refurbishment works through to new-build developments, with values up to £5.5 million.

This is a site-based role, overseeing projects across London.

The Role
•As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
•You will manage Healthcare refurbishment and new-build projects.
•Mechanical packages up to £5.5m.
•Programme delivery, labour and subcontractors.
•Client relationships and site coordination.
•Health & safety compliance.
•Procurement and commercial awareness alongside commercial teams.
•Commissioning and project handover.

Requirements
•Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services.
•Strong healthcare project experience preferred.
•Experience delivering projects from refurbishments to new builds.
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
•Excellent communication and organisational skills.
•Stable employment background within M&E / mechanical contracting.
