The Role:
You will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme. The role will involve liaising with site management, organising labour on site, monitoring health & safety standards, and maintaining productivity across multiple construction and civils projects.
Requirements:
✔ Valid CSCS Card
✔ SSSTS Certification
✔ Previous experience as a Ganger or Foreman
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
✔ Ability to manage teams and coordinate workloads effectively
