Key Responsibilities

Manage all project documentation including drawings, reports, registers, and correspondence.

Maintain document numbering, revision control, and version tracking.
*
Upload, file, and archive documents using platforms.
*
Ensure the latest approved documents are issued to site teams and subcontractors.
*
Track submissions, approvals, comments, and outstanding actions.
*
Produce document status reports and maintain accurate registers.
*
Support project managers, engineers, and site teams with document queries.
*
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and company procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction,
*
Strong IT skills including MS Office and document management systems.
*
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
*
Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
Desirable
*
Experience with Nextdocsor similar platforms.
*
Understanding of construction drawings and project workflows.
*
Knowledge of GDPR and document compliance requirements
Salary description
£35000.00 - £40000.00 per year
