About Us:
Supply Staff is currently recruiting Maths Teachers to support secondary schools across Basildon. We are looking for dedicated Maths Teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting student achievement.
Job Overview:
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that help students develop confidence and understanding in mathematics. The successful Maths Teacher will plan lessons, assess student progress, and support students preparing for examinations. This Maths Teacher role is ideal for a qualified teacher looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Maths Teacher.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Maths.
• Support students preparing for GCSE examinations.
• Work closely with other Maths Teacher staff and school leaders.
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour and learning standards.
Requirements:
• QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for education and student achievement.
