The Role
No two days are the same! You may be:
Delivering sports sessions and supporting PE lessons
Leading warm-ups, drills, and extracurricular activities
Supervising classes during teacher absences
Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged
Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
Acting as a positive role model within school
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from people who are:
Passionate about sport, education, or working with young people
Confident leading groups of secondary-aged students
Positive, adaptable, and approachable
Strong communicators with good behaviour management skills
Reliable and professional
Experienced in coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, or schools (preferred but not essential)
