The ideal candidate will have strong communication, IT, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team. Experience in administration, data entry, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key duties include:
* Raising works orders and processing contractor invoices
* Maintaining property and compliance records
* Supporting surveys, inspections, and resident satisfaction feedback
* Managing correspondence, filing, and shared electronic documents
* Providing excellent customer service and administrative support
This is a hybrid working role, which is highly likely to be extended for longer than the initial 6 month contract.
