We are currently recruiting an Operations & Maintenance Manager for one of the largest developers & installers for Heating & Cooling networks in the UK. They are looking for an Operations & Maintenance Manager to join the team, looking after two key Energy Centre sites in South West London area.
The sites consist of two major Energy Centres which also power circa 5000 residential properties in the local area. This role will be to oversee the management, operation, and development of the companies district heating services, leading a team of technical and operational staff, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of heating services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will manage a team of circa 5 Engineers and 2 Supervisors, as well as the back office team. Your remit will cover operational management, team leadership, overseeing the planned and reactive maintenance programmes, H&S compliance, budget management and stakeholder engagement.
The district heating schemes themselves cover the Energy Centres and everything UP to the house for the residential side. A separate team deals with the HIU and domestic systems, although you will liaise with this team frequently.

Operations & Maintenance Manager – Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in district heating, energy management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
* Strong technical background
* In depth knowledge of H&S regulations within the workplace.
