This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor with critical environments or data centre experience who is looking to step up into a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for operational delivery, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards across a mission‑critical facility.
Key requirements:
Background in critical or data centre environments
Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, C&G, NVQ L3+, or degree level)
HV/LV Authorised Person status
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical systems, including UPS, generators, HV/LV distribution, cooling systems, BMS and life safety.
Proven people management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and operational focus
In return, our client is offering a salary of £77,000 per annum (Flexibility for the right candidate), plus Car Allowance (£5100) + bonus (16%) plus other benefits.
