Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Sales Operations tools, focusing on (url removed).
Leverage AI to automate routine sales operations tasks, boosting efficiency.
Manage and support user groups, including super users, to promote effective tool use.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
Create executive-level reports and presentations that drive business growth.
Develop training sessions for various user groups and nurture super users.What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems, especially (url removed), including administration and customisation.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
Proven track record in supporting, maintaining, and optimising sales operations tools.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Salesforce, data analytics) are a plus.
Experience in project management and process improvement.
