How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will be an essential contributor to the growth of the Leafletdrop E-commerce platform.

    We’re looking for a well-rounded, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys creating purposeful content for lead generation and is skilled at interpreting data to evaluate performance.

    About the RoleWhat You’ll Be Doing

    Campaigns & Content

    Own and deliver the email marketing strategy (inbound & outbound), including campaign planning, copywriting, design, and execution. Achieve this by creating engaging, high-converting content across email, social media, landing pages, and website

    Digital Growth & Optimisation

    Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) across the website and e-commerce platform and support SEO and GEO strategies, including content creation and updates to improve search performance, whilst using SEO best practices.

    Social & Brand Presence

    Grow and manage our social media channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and scale output.

    Performance & Reporting

    Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot and use insights and data to improve campaign effectiveness.

    Collaboration & Lead Generation

    Drive positive customer reviews and engage with our sales team to regularly generate new testimonials to turn into content for the website and social channels.

    Manage marketing data lists using tools such as ZoomInfo

    Requirements

    What do you need to bring

    We would like you to be well organised and have a creative marketing mind, together with the following skillset:

    •email marketing experience

    •digital content creation: blogs, images (i.e. Canva), videos Experience in managing corporate social accounts

    •knowledge of SEO principles and a proven ability to create optimised content driven by data-led creativity.

    Even better if you can bring a background in e-commerce and B2B marketing, proficient in using AI for content creation across multiple formats, and experienced with tools such as HubSpot, Concrete5 CMS, and a basic knowledge of html
