We're looking for a Delivery Manager to help build and lead a best-in-class recruitment delivery function supporting some of the most exciting data centre projects across the US and Europe.
This isn't a traditional recruitment management role.
You won't just be managing jobs. You'll be helping shape how delivery works across high-growth accounts, building scalable processes, improving performance, coaching teams, and solving talent challenges before they become problems.
You'll sit at the centre of a fast-moving environment where hiring priorities shift quickly, projects evolve constantly, and relationships matter.

What you'll be doing
Leading and developing recruitment delivery teams
Building scalable delivery processes and best practice frameworks
Working closely with Account Managers to prioritise hiring activity
Supporting major data centre projects across multiple regions
Creating proactive talent pipelines before demand peaks
Using data, insight, and market knowledge to improve delivery performance
Acting as a trusted escalation point for complex hiring challenges
Helping shape a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture
What we're looking for
You might already be a Delivery Manager, Team Leader, Principal Consultant, Account Lead, or Managing Consultant within:
Recruitment agency
RPO
MSP
Embedded recruitment
Talent solutionsMost importantly, we're looking for someone who:
Thrives in fast-paced environments
Can balance reactive delivery with long-term planning

Thinks commercially and operationally
Spots problems early and takes ownership
Wants to build something, not just maintain itData centre experience would be great, but it's not essential.
