How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Ecommerce Executive - Fast-growing fashion brand

    Location - Liverpool

    Zachary Daniels are partnered with a fast-growing, digitally native apparel brand that has built a strong following through performance-led design, community engagement. Known for blending functionality with a clean, elevated aesthetic, the brand creates product designed to move seamlessly with everyday lifestyles.

    The Role:

    As an Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a key role in product merchandising, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The Ecommerce Executive will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure the site is engaging, commercially effective, and continuously improving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain product listings across the website and app, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong presentation

    Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and trading campaigns

    Assist with daily merchandising, using data such as stock levels, bestsellers, conversion rate, and newness to inform decisions

    Work closely with the creative team to build engaging, high-performing landing pages

    Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and profitability

    Identify opportunities to improve on-site performance and support actions to drive results

    Support the use of on-site tools and product discovery platforms to enhance user experience and conversion

    Use analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities

    Collaborate with marketing, content, customer service, and development teams to ensure a seamless online journey

    About You:

    Previous experience in an ecommerce or digital role is advantageous

    Strong attention to detail with a high standard of execution

    Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions

    Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn and develop

    Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functional.
