Overview:
Unify are delighted to be recruiting for an Operator Recruiter to join a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth whilst supporting the UK’s Construction sector.
You will be responsible for proactively recruiting and assign skilled Plant Operators nationwide, ensuring the right talent is matched to project needs.
What do I need?
* An understanding and experience using Microsoft Excel, Excel and Outlook
* Experience working within fast paced environment
* The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and strong communication
* Be able to be independent and a strong decision maker
* Strong sales and negotiating skills with commercial awarness
Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage plant operator leads through recruitment campaigns, social media, referrals and databases
* Be the first point of contact for operators, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process
* Screen applications, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate onboarding and inductions
* Ensure a consistent supply of qualified operators to meet project and operational requirements
* Assist with collecting statements and documentation relating to incidents or damages when required
* Work closely with the training and marketing teams to support recruitment activity and ensure smooth onboarding processes
* Maintain accurate operator records and update company systems and databases
* Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls across multiple communication channels
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm, Office Based
Salary description
£30000.00 - £35000.00 per year
