Primary School Teacher

A fantastic SEN school in Suffolk is looking for a qualified Primary teacher (QTS) to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role across a 4-day working week, offering the perfect balance of professional impact and work-life harmony.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to students with a range of additional needs

* Support students in EYFS through to KS2 in their academic and personal development

* Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and leadership to ensure personalised learning plans are followed

* Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes safety, inclusion and growth

* Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and school development

Requirements:

* QTS is essential

* Experience working with SEND students, particularly within a primary setting

* Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills

* Ability to work flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team

* Passion for inclusive education and supporting young learners
