Role Overview

We are a leading provider of plant hire services across the UK. With decades of experience in the industry, we offer an extensive fleet of modern, well-maintained equipment ranging from excavators to dump trucks, all backed by a commitment to safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We work closely with clients in construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure, ensuring they have the right tools to get the job done efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for logging machine breakdowns, allocating engineers and following up on the repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Logging breakdowns on the system.

*

Allocating engineers to breakdowns.

*

Following up on status/completion of repairs.

*

Answering incoming calls with breakdown requests.

*

Liaising with stakeholders via email and telephone.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

*

Strong organisational and administrative skills

*

Good IT skills (training provided).

*

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment managing multiple priorities

*

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

*

Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook/Excel/Word)

Desirable

*

Previous experience in a similar position.

*

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
