Site Manager (SC Cleared)

CNX Recruitment is looking for a proactive and highly organised Site Manager, on behalf of a construction main contractor with a strong background in construction project delivery, site coordination, health & safety compliance, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel

* Ensure all works are completed in line with programme deadlines and quality standards

* Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures

* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting

* Liaise with project stakeholders and management teams

* Manage documentation, permits, and compliance records

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager within industrial, commercial, or infrastructure environments

* BPSS Clearance or active SC Clearance is essential

* Valid SMSTS certification

* CSCS Card

* Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site safety management

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities simultaneously

* Full UK driving licence preferred
