We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Engineer / Supervisor to oversee a team of 6 engineers on a prestigious static site in SW1A. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong electrical professional who enjoys leadership, client interaction, and developing engineering talent.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high engineering standards, supporting team development, and ensuring excellent service delivery across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of 6 engineers
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Act as the main point of contact for client communication on site
* Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Support engineers with technical guidance, mentoring, and development
* Manage compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements
* Promote a positive team culture focused on performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
* Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience leading or supervising engineering teams
* Strong technical knowledge within building services / facilities maintenance
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Professional and presentable approach
* Ability to obtain security clearance
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities
