Are you an Estimator from any construction background, looking to become a specialist in flat roofing for commercial projects within a specialist contractor offering full training and progression?

For over 30 years, this company has delivered specialist roofing solutions across the construction sector, building a strong reputation, generating over £3m in annual turnover.

In this office-based role, you will receive full training to develop into a fully-fledged specialist in commercial flat roofing estimation. You will support the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Working closely with an experienced team, you will learn how to assess technical roofing drawings and specifications, price roofing works, liaise with suppliers and clients and produce competitive tenders for a range of specialist projects.

This role would suit an Estimator from a construction background who is looking to become specialised within a well-established commercial roofing contractor offering training, progression, and project involvement.

Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates for roofing projects
Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and pricing
