How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our client, a well-established and leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Client Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    Due to growth, our client is seeking a Client Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are maintained from start through to completion with all administrative tasks, whilst liaising with different departments within the company and clients on a daily basis.

    The successful Client Administrator will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in a similar administration / customer service role in any sector where you have been required to provide a high level of service to clients, acting as the first point of contact for any questions or queries. Candidates with experience in the Insurance, Mortgage, Property or Financial Services sectors are urged to apply, although all other industries will be considered also.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Build and maintain relationships with departments within the business and external clients and third parties

    - Act as the first point of contact for any client queries or questions, redirecting where necessary

    - Ensure timelines and timescales are adhered to as closely as possible

    - Liaise with third parties such as Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents, along with other departments within the business

    - Manage diary systems

    - Complete application forms and write letters

    - Manage the email inbox

    - Deal with any documentation or processing required

    - Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

    - Manage client accounts

    - Previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service-related role would be highly advantageous
