Contract / Freelance Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new industrial build project based in Stoke-on-Trent, commencing in June 2026 for an anticipated duration of approximately 30 weeks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in industrial or commercial builds to take ownership of a fast-paced project from site mobilisation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management and coordination of the project programme
* Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Managing client relationships and project reporting
* Coordinating with design and commercial teams
* Monitoring quality control and compliance standards
* Chairing site meetings and driving programme performance
Requirements
* Proven experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme deadlines
