About the Role An exceptional specialist education provider is seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their secondary provision. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with additional needs in a highly structured, nurturing, and ambitious environment.
You will play a key role in delivering personalised learning, supporting students both academically and socially, and helping them to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with special educational needs
Assist in delivering a tailored curriculum designed around individual learning needs
Support students’ academic development alongside their personal, social and emotional growth
Help implement individual learning and behaviour plans
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Work closely with teaching staff and wider professionals to monitor progress and adapt support strategies
Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learningAbout You We are looking for individuals who are:
Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to supporting young people

Calm and confident in managing challenging situations
Adaptable and able to build strong relationships with students
A strong team player with a proactive approachExperience working with young people with SEN (including autism and associated needs) is desirable but not essential.
