We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Admin & Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established international business on a maternity cover contract.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work within a busy and supportive team environment, coordinating logistics, administration, and customer support activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating shipments, deliveries and logistics administration
• Managing customer and supplier communications
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting internal teams with general administration duties
• Handling documentation, invoicing and stock-related queries
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous administration and/or logistics experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented approach
