How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Goods In Goods Out Supervisor (Manufacturing)

    Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Portishead, Weston-Super Mare and the surrounding areas

    £28,000 - £33,000 + Day Shift + Overtime (1.5x) + Early Friday Finish + Extensive Training Opportunities + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus Scheme + Pension

    Are you a motivated Goods In Goods Out or Despatch Coordinator with a background in manufacturing, production or aerospace manufacturing who is looking to join an expanding local technical manufacturer who can offer further training and development opportunities alongside chances to increase your earnings through overtime and bonuses?

    This a fantastic opportunity to join a company specialising in the technical manufacturing of a range of parts, components and systems for industries like aviation and oil & gas. Due to continued company expansion they are looking add to their technical production/ operations team, specifically within the Goods in Goods out/ Despatch department.

    Within this role you will oversee the goods in goods out and dispatch processes for the production department, making sure the correct orders and products are booked in and dispatched within the production timeline. There is potential to progress through the company for the right person.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong Goods in Goods out/ Despatch background with ideally proven experience within a manufacturing, production or aerospace related sector. This role requires someone who leads by example, maintains structure, and ensures all processes are carried out right first time.

    The Role:
    *Goods in Goods Out Supervisor
    *Process Goods in and dispatch of products and orders
    *Maintaining stock control with ERP/MRP Systems
    *Potential to progress
    *Overtime & bonuses available

    The Person:
    *Has worked in similar goods in goods out position within manufacturing environment (Ideally aerospace components or similar)
    *Good communication and organization skills
    *Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Portishead, Weston-Super Mare and the surrounding areas
