Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
Benefits: £500/week standby, highly paid overtime, all travel paid, NVQ Level 4 & management progression
Locations: Cardiff, Newport, Barry, Bridgend, Swansea, Llanelli, Cwmbran, Merthyr Tydfil, Gloucester, and surrounding South Wales areas.
Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Lift Engineer to join a respected lift company covering Cardiff and South Wales. This is a service and repair role offering strong earning potential, a local route, and genuine long-term progression.
You’ll take ownership of your service route, carrying out maintenance, repairs, fault-finding, and call-outs on passenger and goods lifts while ensuring high safety and service standards.
The Lift Engineer Role

Service, repair, and maintenance of passenger and goods lifts
*
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
*
Breakdown response and call-outs
*
Planned preventative maintenance
*
Accurate reporting of repairs and defects
Requirements of a Lift Engineer
*
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
*
Minimum 2 years’ lift industry experience
*
Background in service, repair, or installation
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Within commuting distance of Cardiff
