We are currently looking for an experienced MOT Tester to join one of our clients in Reading (Berkshire). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to carry out MOT testing.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards
- Perform vehicle servicing
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Conduct routine maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records of MOT tests and repair work completed
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills Required:
- Qualified MOT Tester with valid MOT licence
- Experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Technician
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
