We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Credit Control & Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team on a maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that values accuracy, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing credit control and chasing overdue payments
* Raising and processing sales invoices and credit notes
* Preparing debtor reports and monthly statements
* Allocating bank receipts and maintaining accurate records
* Processing engineer/QS timesheets and subcontractor invoices
* Submitting invoices electronically via portals and Tungsten Network
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar finance role
* Strong Excel and accounting software skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
