Do you have mechanical design experience using Solidworks within an engineering or manufacturing environment? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a design engineer to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Aldershot. The successful applicant will get the chance to work on extremely exciting projects for customers worldwide wide, liaising with the design, projects and manufacturing teams. You will be designing bespoke, special purpose machinery for customers across the globe, servicing a range of industries such as; aerospace, rail & medical. You will be joining a growing & experienced design team and will play a vital role within the business and will gain exposure to one off projects, progression paths and new sectors. In this varied role your responsibilities will also include managing machine build projects and working with the shop floor teams to ensure that all designs and customer requirements are adhered to.

You will be working for an expanding business who have been at the forefront of their industry for over 25 years! Specializing in full concept to completion for customers from in house design and manufacturing to providing full turnkey installations, service and company product training. The Role:
*Managing a variety of designs for manufacturing projects
*Using Solidworks

The Candidate:
*Mechanical design experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
*3D and SolidWorks experience
*A commutable distance to Aldershot and able to travel when needed
