How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Growth Marketing Manager | Greater Manchester | Online Retail | Competitive Salary

    Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnering with a fast growing online retail business that has built strong momentum through digital channels and is continuing to invest in its acquisition strategy. As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint a Growth Marketing Manager to drive performance across key revenue channels.

    This is a high impact role for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants ownership of acquisition strategy and channel performance.

    The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution across key acquisition channels, with a focus on influencer, affiliate and paid social performance.

    This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for scaling growth channels, improving performance and identifying new opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

    The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the business within a highly competitive online retail environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own and deliver the growth marketing strategy, focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue
    Lead influencer and creator partnerships, identifying and scaling high performing relationships
    Develop and grow affiliate marketing programmes, driving performance and ROI
    Oversee paid social activity, ensuring campaigns are optimised and delivering strong returns
    Identify new growth channels and opportunities to expand reach and acquisition
    Work closely with ecommerce and brand teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and product launches
    Monitor and analyse performance across all channels, using data to inform decisions and optimise activity
    Manage budgets across performance channels, ensuring efficient spend and clear ROI
    Test and scale new approaches across acquisition channels to drive continuous improvement
    Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute campaigns at pace

    What We're Looking For

    Proven experience in a growth, performance or digital marketing role within an online retail or consumer environment
    Strong background across influencer, affiliate and paid social channels
    Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue and growth
    Hands on approach with the ability to both set strategy and execute
    Data driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to optimise performance
    Experience working in a fast paced environment
    Confident stakeholder manager, able to work cross functionally
    Highly organised, proactive and results focused
