* Compassionate, caring and reliable
* A great listener with excellent communication
* Calm, resilient, and positive – even when things get tough
* Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably (consistency is key)
* Ideally a driver with access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential, if you are happy to use public transport)
* Happy to cover different shift patterns across different locations
* New to care? No worries! Full training is provided 💪
