How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A rare and exciting opportunity for an individual with project management experience within construction, surveying or similar looking to join a rapidly expanding and industry leading company, where you will play a key role on complex and high-profile projects.

    Do you have experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects? Are you looking to join a market leading business where you can play a pivotal role in project delivery and organisational growth?

    Established for over 30 years this world renowned company specialise in construction related services for clients around the world. They are leaders in their field, and with the recent winning of a number of high-profile contracts they are going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their expert team.

    In this role you will be responsible for leading the successful planning, coordination and delivery of complex projects from initiation through to completion. You will manage programmes, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will also contribute towards improving project management systems and processes across the business.

    This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with proven experience managing projects within construction, surveying or similar who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role within an expanding industry leader.

    The Role:

    Managing complex multi-disciplinary projects
    Coordinating Clients, technical teams and subcontractors
    Managing project budgets, programmes and resources
    Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery
