Our client is looking for a Senior SOC Analyst to lead and support a small team delivering 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) services across multiple platforms and mission‑critical projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on security professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SOC Analysts, promoting a high‑performance and collaborative culture

* Monitor security platforms, investigate alerts, and respond to threats and anomalous activity

* Oversee and enhance security controls, contributing to RBAC and Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) initiatives

* Support ISO 27001 compliance, governance activities, and audit preparation

* Deliver security awareness training and produce clear, actionable reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders

* Act as a senior escalation point, ensuring incidents are managed effectively through to resolution

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years’ experience in a SOC or related technical cyber security role

* SIEM platforms (Elastic SIEM)

* Cloud technologies

* Threat Intelligence

* Networking

* IAM / IDAM

* ITSM policies and processes

* Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a security or technical operations environment

Desirable

* Degree in Computing, Cyber Security, or a related discipline

* Relevant certifications such as CISMP or CompTIA Security+

* Familiarity with ISO 27001 and broader security governance frameworks

Security Clearance

* Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is mandatory for this role
